4 salmonfillets, left on the skin
200g dried flat noodles
125g Red Thai Curry Paste
2 x 400ml can light coconut milk
2 Pak Choi (About 250 grams), leaves separated
Steps to Make Thai salmon noodles recipe
Step 1. Overheat the grill. Put the salmon on a baking tray, skin down, and grill for 8–10 minutes until cooked through.
Step 2. Pour the noodles into a heatproof bowl and pour boiled water from the kettle. Leave on for 5 minutes.
Step 3. Heat the kadhi paste in a pan for 1 minute, then add coconut milk and 400 ml of water. Season and bring to boil.
Step 4. Dry the noodles and add them to the pan along with the pan choy.
Step 5. Heat for 1 minute, then transfer to bowl and top with salmon.
